A: We currently provide care to families in Washington Parish & St. Tammany Parish and the surrounding communities.

Q: What is the first step to starting care with you?

A: Everything starts with a conversation. We’ll schedule a free, in-home consultation to meet your loved one, understand their routine, and discuss your family's needs. From there, we create a customized care plan.

Q: Is there a minimum number of hours required for a visit?

A: Our goal is to be as flexible as possible. We offer everything from short check-ins to 24/7 care. During our initial consultation, we can discuss the schedule that best fits your needs and budget.

Q: What happens if our regular caregiver is sick or on vacation?

A: We maintain a dedicated team of "backup" caregivers who are familiar with our clients' care plans. If your primary caregiver is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and provide a qualified replacement so there is never a gap in care.

Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Rates vary based on the level of care required and the frequency of visits. Following our free in-home assessment, we provide a transparent, flat-rate quote with no hidden fees.
